Engineer visits during the Coronavirus pandemic

You’ll also be contacted before your installation date to confirm relevant details. If the engineer needs to enter your property, for example to carry out an installation, they will be equipped with sanitiser, gloves, and a mask, and we will ask you maintain a safe distance of at least 2 metres from them throughout the visit.

If you or anyone in your household is isolating, and both you and the engineer agree for a visit to go ahead, please ensure that you are not in the same room or area as the engineer at all times during the visit. The engineer will sanitise all surfaces, items, and equipment that they touched during the visit.
